1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, stays, and services provided by Pamoo Hotel (“the Hotel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation, checking in, or using our facilities, guests agree to comply with these policies.
2. Reservations & Booking
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information when booking.
- Reservations may be made through:
- The Hotel website
- Online booking platforms
- Telephone or email reservations
- Walk-in bookings
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations where false information is provided.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: By 12:00 Noon
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
4. Payment Policy
- Full or partial payment may be required to secure reservations.
- Accepted payment methods include:
- Debit/credit cards
- Bank transfer
- Approved corporate billing arrangements
- Cash payments (subject to local regulations)
All outstanding balances must be settled before or at check-out unless otherwise agreed.
5. Room Occupancy
- Only registered guests are permitted to occupy hotel rooms.
- Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded.
- Additional guests may attract extra charges.
6. Guest Conduct
To ensure comfort and safety for all guests:
- Noise levels must be kept reasonable, especially at night.
- Illegal activities, substance abuse, or disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited.
- The Hotel reserves the right to remove guests without refund for misconduct or violation of policies.
- Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.
7. Visitors Policy
- Visitors must register at reception when required.
- Visitor access may be restricted during certain hours for security reasons.
- Overnight visitors must be officially registered.
8. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
- Smoking inside non-smoking rooms may attract cleaning or damage fees.
9. Damage to Property
Guests shall be responsible for:
- Loss, damage, or destruction of hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
10. Safety & Security
- Guests are encouraged to secure valuables.
- The Hotel is not liable for loss of personal belongings unless deposited with management for safekeeping.
- CCTV operates in public areas for security purposes.
11. Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Rooms are serviced daily unless otherwise requested.
- The Hotel reserves the right to enter rooms for cleaning, maintenance, or emergencies.
12. Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved by Hotel management.
13. Force Majeure
The Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Power outages
- Public health emergencies
- Civil unrest
14. Limitation of Liability
The Hotel shall not be responsible for indirect losses, travel disruptions, or circumstances beyond its operational control.
15. Amendments
Pamoo Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be published and effective immediately upon posting.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
17. Acceptance
By confirming a reservation or staying at Pamoo Hotel, guests acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
